Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, items must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• In the same condition you received them

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used scent oils.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@airu.com.auwith photos of the issue.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank to finalise the transaction.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
