You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $90 AUD.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All parcels are sent without signature on delivery.

Airu is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Airu is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please check your tracking information first.
